Haben Sie schon die lilafarbene Aubergine entdeckt? Der lange, d\u00fcnne Bruder der normalen Aubergine mit einer weichen, s\u00fc\u00dfen Haut. Die Schale kann auch pur gegessen werden! In einer scharfen Szechuan-Sauce werden Sie nicht wissen, was Sie schmecken werden! Also ab in den Supermarkt. Oder in den Supermarkt, denn die lilafarbene Aubergine ist in immer mehr Superm\u00e4rkten zu finden. Toll!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"chinese-aubergine\">Lila Aubergine?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich kenne die lilafarbene Aubergine noch nicht sehr lange und meines Wissens ist sie relativ neu im Gem\u00fcseregal der Superm\u00e4rkte. Das muss sie auch fast sein, denn dieser d\u00fcnne Salat f\u00e4llt durch sein ungew\u00f6hnliches Aussehen auf. Die lilafarbene Aubergine sieht anders aus als eine gew\u00f6hnliche Aubergine, aber sie schmeckt auch anders. Sie hat eine s\u00fc\u00dfe, weiche Schale, die auch gegessen werden kann. Nicht z\u00e4h! Au\u00dferdem hat diese Aubergine weniger Kerne, was sie weicher und weniger bitter im Geschmack macht. Das macht die lilafarbene Aubergine zu einem idealen Kandidaten f\u00fcr einen veganen Eintopf!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Aubergine sieht tropisch aus. Das stimmt zum Teil auch: Sie ist ein beliebtes Gem\u00fcse in der indischen und surinamischen K\u00fcche. Auch ich habe sie auf dem Toco entdeckt. Aber inzwischen ist sie ziemlich verbreitet und ich sehe sie auch regelm\u00e4\u00dfig in Superm\u00e4rkten. Die lilafarbene Aubergine, auch als chinesische Aubergine bekannt, stammt urspr\u00fcnglich aus Asien, wird aber inzwischen an mehr Orten auf der ganzen Welt angebaut. In einem niederl\u00e4ndischen Supermarkt wird auf der Verpackung oft Spanien als Ursprungsland angegeben. Eine ausgezeichnete nachhaltige Wahl, aber man kann sie auch in Spanien kaufen. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vreeken.nl\/015200-aubergine-lila-boulanger-farmers-long\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wachsen in den Niederlanden<\/a> (Aussaat im Januar und Ernte im Juni-August). Ich bin neugierig: Ich werde diesen Sommer nachsehen, ob ich irgendwo auch eine holl\u00e4ndische lila Aubergine entdecke. Klingt kompliziert? Nicht wirklich! Wenn wir von chinesischer K\u00fcche sprechen, meinen wir normalerweise die kantonesische K\u00fcche. Aber China ist gro\u00df! Szechuan (Sichuan) liegt im Zentrum des Landes und ist eine Region mit einer ganz eigenen K\u00fcche und Geschmackspalette. Charakteristisch f\u00fcr diese Region sind die w\u00fcrzigeren Speisen. Lila Aubergine in Szechuan-Sauce ist eine Beilage, die eine wahnsinnige Geschmacksexplosion hervorruft: Sie schmecken s\u00fc\u00df, sauer, salzig und den f\u00fcnften Grundgeschmack: umami, was japanisch f\u00fcr \u2018K\u00f6stlichkeit\u2019 ist. Szechuan-So\u00dfe gibt es fertig im Glas im Supermarkt zu kaufen und enth\u00e4lt Zutaten wie rote Chilis, Knoblauch, Ingwer, Sojaso\u00dfe und manchmal sogar etwas Honig oder Zucker f\u00fcr den s\u00fc\u00dfen Kick. Sie k\u00f6nnen es sich einfacher machen und es fr\u00fcher zubereiten, so dass Sie das Gericht spontan in 15 Minuten im Wok zubereiten k\u00f6nnen.
