Warum sie nicht gleich zwei St\u00fccke gebacken hat...\u2018<\/strong> <strong>Anne nimmt es ihnen nicht \u00fcbel. Diese Quiche ist cremig mit einem leicht s\u00fc\u00dfen Geschmack und der Ingwer hat etwas W\u00e4rmendes an sich. Kurzum, das perfekte Wohlf\u00fchlessen f\u00fcr den Herbst, die Zeit, in der K\u00fcrbis Saison hat. Dieses Gericht l\u00e4sst sich leicht als Abendmahlzeit oder f\u00fcr die Getr\u00e4nketafel zubereiten.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kinderfreundlich &amp; vegan: K\u00fcrbis-Curry-Quiche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Herbst ist traditionell wieder die Zeit der K\u00fcrbisse. Und da ich gerne mit regionalem und saisonalem Gem\u00fcse arbeite, m\u00f6chte ich dann auch etwas damit machen. Bei dieser Frucht komme ich schnell in Versuchung, eine K\u00fcrbissuppe zu machen, daher war ich sehr \u00fcberrascht, etwas anderes zu entdecken, n\u00e4mlich dieses Gericht. Die Inspiration f\u00fcr diese K\u00fcrbis-Quiche bekam ich von Anneke Comello, auf Instagram auch bekannt als <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/annekelovinglywholesome\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">@annekelovinglywholesome<\/a>. Ich war sogar so begeistert vom Endergebnis, dass ich es in mein Kochbuch aufgenommen habe <em>Vegan mit Freunden<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vegane K\u00fcrbis-Curry-Quiche f\u00fcr Ihren Tisch<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit diesem Rezept zaubern Sie in wenigen Schritten eine leckere Quiche mit K\u00fcrbis, wobei der Backofen die meiste Arbeit \u00fcbernimmt. Der Ingwer macht dieses Rezept zu einer w\u00e4rmenden Angelegenheit. K\u00f6stlich cremig und durch den K\u00fcrbis leicht s\u00fc\u00df. Ein echtes Wohlf\u00fchlessen f\u00fcr die k\u00e4lteren Tage. Ich habe es speziell f\u00fcr jemanden entwickelt, der sich sowohl vegan als auch fodmap-arm ern\u00e4hren wollte (eine Di\u00e4t, bei der man aufgrund von Darmproblemen bestimmte Kohlenhydrate nicht essen darf). Das Rezept ist immer noch eines meiner pers\u00f6nlichen Lieblingsrezepte\u2018, sagt Anneke. Sie zwei Quiches und essen Sie einen Teil am n\u00e4chsten Tag zu Mittag und\/oder machen Sie meinen leckeren schnellen K\u00fcrbis-Smoothie. <a
