Diese Beilage ist bei uns zu Hause so beliebt, dass ich diese Nuggets inzwischen fast jede Woche zubereite. Und ich werde auch immer besser darin. In diesem Rezept verrate ich, wie man die knusprigsten Nuggets aus Blumenkohl macht. Sie sind im Handumdrehen gezaubert, die meiste Arbeit muss der Backofen machen<\/strong>. <strong>Es ist eine k\u00f6stliche, kinderfreundliche Beilage, passt aber auch perfekt als Snack auf eine vegane Getr\u00e4nkekarte.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kinderfreundliches Gem\u00fcse: Blumenkohl-Nuggets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein niederl\u00e4ndischer Blumenkohl kann in den Niederlanden fast das ganze Jahr \u00fcber gekauft werden. Von Juni bis November kann man dieses Gem\u00fcse ohnehin frisch vom Feld kaufen, was den Blumenkohl zu einer sch\u00f6nen nachhaltigen Wahl macht. In den kalten Monaten kann man manchmal auch einen Winterblumenkohl aus niederl\u00e4ndischem Boden finden, so dass dieses Gem\u00fcse fast das ganze Jahr \u00fcber im Angebot ist. Es macht auch Spa\u00df zu sehen, ob man auf einem Biomarkt einen violetten oder orangefarbenen Blumenkohl ergattern kann, denn unter Lichteinfluss kann sich die Farbe ver\u00e4ndern. Au\u00dferdem hat violetter Blumenkohl oft einen weicheren Geschmack: buchst\u00e4blich und im \u00fcbertragenen Sinne ein Fest auf dem Teller. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kreativ mit Blumenkohl<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber wie kocht man einen Blumenkohl auf schmackhafte Weise? Gekocht mit einem K\u00e4sebrei ist nicht ganz unser Ding, und so suchen wir nach anderen einfachen Blumenkohlrezepten. class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie gesund ist Blumenkohl?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Portion Blumenkohl enth\u00e4lt 77% des empfohlenen Tagesbedarfs an Vitamin C. Au\u00dferdem ist er reich an Vitamin K, Eiwei\u00df, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Magnesium, Phosphor, Ballaststoffen, den Vitaminen B5 und B6, Fols\u00e4ure, Kalium und Mangan.
