Kurz gesagt, sehr gesund, lecker und ein Fest auf dem Tisch. Die Austernpilze sorgen f\u00fcr eine fleischige Textur und sind daher f\u00fcr jeden zug\u00e4nglich, selbst f\u00fcr die gr\u00f6\u00dften Fleischliebhaber.\u2018&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vegane Gyoza, ein Dim Sum-Snack aus der japanischen K\u00fcche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich hoffe f\u00fcr Sie, dass Sie schon einmal in einem japanischen Restaurant die herzhaften und asiatischen Aromen eines Gyoza probiert haben. Wenn nicht, lade ich Sie ein, dieses relativ einfache Rezept zu probieren und sich \u00fcberraschen zu lassen. Von der Textur und vom Geschmack her kann man sie mit einer - urspr\u00fcnglich chinesischen - Teigtasche vergleichen. Der gro\u00dfe Unterschied liegt in der Art der Zubereitung. Aber... ich kann Ihnen versichern, dass es gar nicht so schlimm ist! Er hat eine feste Konsistenz und einen nussigen Geschmack. Er ist sehr vielseitig und kann alle Geschmacksrichtungen gut aufnehmen. Die kr\u00e4ftige, fleischige Textur des Fu\u00dfes des K\u00f6niglichen Austernpilzes ist ein hervorragender Fleischersatz, den selbst die gr\u00f6\u00dften Fleischliebhaber zu sch\u00e4tzen wissen.
