Eine gute Inspiration f\u00fcr die kulinarische Redakteurin Anne. Wenn mein Sohn schreit, dass die Gnocchi fast abgelaufen sind, wei\u00df ich schon, was es an diesem Abend zu essen gibt! Dann muss sie sich nur noch eine originelle Sauce einfallen lassen, denn Gnocchi allein sind ja auch langweilig. Sie geht auf die Suche nach dem, was noch im Haus ist, und hoppa: vegane Gnocchi mit Gem\u00fcse in Tomatenso\u00dfe.<\/strong> <strong>Lecker kann so einfach sein!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gnocchi mit Gem\u00fcse: Rosenkohl und K\u00fcrbis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn ich sage, dass Rosenkohl eines meiner Lieblingsgem\u00fcse ist, schauen mich die Leute meist etwas komisch an. Ja, schon als Kind liebte ich diese gr\u00fcnen Kerle \u00fcber alles. Meine Mutter hat oft eine leckere K\u00e4seso\u00dfe mit ihnen gemacht. Und nein, nicht aus der T\u00fcte. Heutzutage mache ich die K\u00e4seso\u00dfe vegetarisch. Super lecker \u00fcber Rosenkohl, aber auch \u00fcber anderem Gem\u00fcse. Diesmal machen wir es anders, schlie\u00dflich koche ich mit dem, was ich gerade zur Hand habe: Tomatenp\u00fcree und verschiedene Gem\u00fcsesorten. Ein neues Rezept ist geboren: Gnocchi mit Gem\u00fcse in Tomatenso\u00dfe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Original &amp; vegane Gnocchi mit Gem\u00fcse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Deshalb habe ich oft Rosenkohl im Haus, denn auch meine Kinder lieben ihn. Dieses Superfood enth\u00e4lt viel Vitamin C, also essen Sie viel davon. In den Niederlanden hat er von Oktober bis Februar Saison. In dieser Zeit ist er eine verantwortungsvolle Wahl. Rosenkohl l\u00e4sst sich sehr gut mit anderen Gem\u00fcsesorten kombinieren, zum Beispiel mit K\u00fcrbis. Und davon hatte ich noch jede Menge, denn ich habe einen riesigen K\u00fcrbis geschenkt bekommen und der geht mir nicht einfach aus.
