Fr\u00fcher hingen sie ein wenig in der Gesund-aber-mehr-noch-nicht-Ecke, aber das ist unglaublich ungerechtfertigt! Gesund sind die kleinen H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte immer noch, aber sie sind nicht nur vielseitig, sondern auch einfach lecker. K\u00f6stlich in einem Curry, aber diese vielseitige H\u00fclsenfrucht kann man auch als Suppe genie\u00dfen. Auch Culi-Redakteurin Anne liebt sie! Das Rezept f\u00fcr diese vegane Linsensuppe enth\u00e4lt nicht nur Linsen, sondern auch St\u00fccke von Sellerie, S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel, Karotte, Tomate und Paprika. Wenn man seine Suppe gut mit verschiedenen (saisonalen) Gem\u00fcsesorten f\u00fcllt, erh\u00e4lt man automatisch gute N\u00e4hrstoffe und die Suppe hat einen herzhaften Biss. Linsen? Sie ist sehr nahrhaft, denn Linsen sind reich an Eisen, Ballaststoffen und Eiwei\u00df. Die Ballaststoffe sorgen f\u00fcr eine gute Verdauung und Darmt\u00e4tigkeit. Wenn Sie unter Darmproblemen leiden, k\u00f6nnen Sie Ihre Beschwerden durch den regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Verzehr von Linsen lindern. Au\u00dferdem enthalten Linsen wichtige Vitamine f\u00fcr Ihren Energiestoffwechsel. Klingt das alles sehr gesund? Sie haben daher in <a href=\"https:\/\/peulvruchten.nl\/soorten-linzen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">alle Formen und Gr\u00f6\u00dfen<\/a> - und Geschmacksrichtungen! Gr\u00fcne Linsen haben einen pfeffrigen Geschmack. Braune Linsen haben einen erdigen Geschmack. Gelbe Linsen haben einen milden Geschmack und ein nussiges Aroma. Rote Linsen haben den s\u00fc\u00dfesten und nussigsten Geschmack, weshalb es attraktiv ist, auch f\u00fcr diese vegane Linsensuppe zumindest rote Linsen zu verwenden.
