Knusprig, frisch, fettig und s\u00fc\u00df - dieses japanische Sandwich bietet Ihnen Bel\u00e4ge ganz nach Ihrem Geschmack. Die Kombinationsm\u00f6glichkeiten sind endlos, aber das panierte St\u00fcck Fleischersatz darf man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Dieser k\u00f6stliche japanische Fast-Food-Snack mit Schweinefleisch hat Culi-Redakteurin Anne in eine verantwortungsbewusste Veganerin verwandelt <em>keine Abf\u00e4lle <\/em>Variante. Diese knusprige <em>keine Abf\u00e4lle<\/em> veganes Katsu sando wurde bei ihr zu Hause liebevoll verzehrt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Veganes Katsu Sando ohne Abfall<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018Tonkatsu\u2019 ist ein paniertes St\u00fcck gebratenes Schweinefleisch, das dem \u00f6sterreichischen Schnitzel nachempfunden ist. Sando\u2018 ist das japanische Wort f\u00fcr Sandwich. Tonkatsu wird mit der gleichnamigen So\u00dfe serviert, die wiederum auf dem englischen Worchestershire basiert. Wenn Sie also Katsu Sando machen, essen Sie ein Sandwich mit paniertem Fleisch. Aber kein \u00f6sterreichisches Schnitzel f\u00fcr mich. F\u00fcr dieses Sando wollte ich das vegane Schnitzel von Albert Heijn ausprobieren. Wenn Sie etwas Ges\u00fcnderes wollen, k\u00f6nnen Sie sich auch mit <a href=\"https:\/\/fashiable.nl\/2022\/10\/recept-crunchy-tofu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Paniermehl f\u00fcr Tofu<\/a>. Diesmal habe ich mich f\u00fcr den einfachen Weg entschieden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Klassisches japanisches Sandwich<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalerweise verwendet man f\u00fcr dieses japanische Sandwich Wei\u00dfbrot. Ich habe Maisbrot genommen, weil Wei\u00dfbrot normalerweise nicht vegan ist. Normalerweise toastet man bei der Zubereitung von Katsu sando dieses weiche Brot und entfernt die Kruste, aber ich liebe Toast, also habe ich meine Brotscheiben mit Kruste und allem getoastet. Sch\u00f6n knusprig und ohne Abfall. Tada! Zwei Fliegen mit einer Klappe. Sollten Sie sich dennoch f\u00fcr die weichen Brotscheiben entscheiden, w\u00fcrden Sie die Krusten loswerden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.puursuzanne.nl\/recepten\/zelf-croutons-maken\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Croutons<\/a> machen kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ein gut gef\u00fclltes veganes Katsu Sando<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe mein Sandwich mit veganer Mayonnaise, einer Mischung aus knackigem Eisbergsalat, Bio-Sprossen, Avocado, Kimchi und selbstgemachter Tonka-Sauce belegt. Ich habe die Zutaten f\u00fcr diese japanische Barbecue-Sauce nachgeschlagen und mich an die Arbeit gemacht. Sie ist sehr einfach zuzubereiten. Alle Zutaten kann man im Supermarkt kaufen, und die Sauce schmeckt auch super lecker zu veganem Avocado-Toast. Sie k\u00f6nnen die Avocadoscheiben auch durch Gurkenscheiben ersetzen. Ich mache gelegentlich eine Ausnahme, weil mein Sohn Avocado so gerne mag. Es handelt sich um fermentiertes Gem\u00fcse und Kr\u00e4uter. Bei der G\u00e4rung wandeln Bakterien, Pilze oder Hefen Stoffe in einem Produkt um und ver\u00e4ndern dessen S\u00e4uregehalt, Geschmack, Geruch oder Aussehen. Wir nennen diesen Vorgang auch Fermentation. Kimchi enth\u00e4lt Bakterien, die die Darmgesundheit f\u00f6rdern, der Kohl in Kimchi hilft dem K\u00f6rper bei der Entgiftung und f\u00f6rdert die Darmbewegung. Kimchi ist sehr gesund und eine frische und saure Erg\u00e4nzung f\u00fcr Ihr japanisches Sandwich.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Katsu sando als Stra\u00dfenessen in den Niederlanden<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Katsu sando ist ein mobiles Mittagessen und daher auf den Stra\u00dfen Japans sehr verbreitet. In den Niederlanden k\u00f6nnen Sie jetzt auch Ihr Katsu sando zum Mitnehmen bekommen. Zwei Br\u00fcder liefern die besten japanischen Sandwiches und befinden sich in der Albert Cuypstraat 260h. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/ranchi.amsterdam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rachi Amsterdam<\/a> wurde k\u00fcrzlich von ihnen er\u00f6ffnet.
