Nun nein, machen Sie vegane Pfannkuchen!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018Jetzt kann ich nie wieder Pfannkuchen essen. Dieser Gedanke schoss mir durch den Kopf, als ich beschloss, von nun an pflanzlich zu kochen und zu backen. Gl\u00fccklicherweise entdeckte ich bald, dass es eine ganze Reihe von Ei-Ersatzprodukten gibt. So kann man zum Beispiel weichen Tofu oder Seidentofu als Ersatz in Backwaren verwenden. Reife Bananen sind ein guter Ei-Ersatz in s\u00fc\u00dfen und feuchten Backwaren wie Kuchen. Wenn Sie den Geschmack von Bananen nicht so sehr m\u00f6gen, k\u00f6nnen Sie auch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegreenlist.nl\/de\/apfelpuree-selbst-herstellen\/\">Apfelp\u00fcree<\/a> Oder verwenden Sie Sojajoghurt. Ein Essl\u00f6ffel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ah.nl\/inspiratie\/goed-om-te-weten\/lijnzaad\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Leinsamen <\/a>mit zwei bis drei Essl\u00f6ffeln Wasser vermischt (eine Weile stehen lassen), ersetzt ein Ei, aber auch einen Essl\u00f6ffel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ah.nl\/inspiratie\/goed-om-te-weten\/chiazaad\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Chiasamen<\/a> gemischt mit drei Essl\u00f6ffeln Wasser (etwas l\u00e4nger stehen lassen) entspricht der Bindekraft eines Eies. Und diese Chiasamen sind ein perfekter Ei-Ersatz f\u00fcr Pfannkuchen.... Ersetzen Sie die Milch und die Eier, die Sie selbst hinzuf\u00fcgen m\u00fcssen, durch eine pflanzliche Variante - fertig! F\u00fcr einen guten Teig mit dem Chiasamen-Ei verwende ich immer eine Mehrkorn-Pfannkuchenmischung. Eine Pfanne mit einer sicheren Antihaftbeschichtung und pflanzlicher Butter ist notwendig, damit dein einfacher veganer Pfannkuchen nicht kleben bleibt.
