Gute Nachrichten, auch die passen perfekt in dieses abfallfreie Party-Fudge.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Auslaufsicherer Weihnachtsfondant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir bleiben bei <em>thegreenlist.nl<\/em> Es ist ziemlich verr\u00fcckt, dass im Dezember so viele Lebensmittel mit weihnachtlichen Motiven massenhaft verkauft werden. Viele dieser Produkte sind auch viel teurer als \u00e4hnliche Produkte, die das ganze Jahr \u00fcber ohne diese niedlichen Weihnachtsbilder verkauft werden, aber das nur nebenbei. Was nat\u00fcrlich nicht so nachhaltig ist, ist die Tatsache, dass all diese Produkte nach den Feiertagen \u2018alt\u2019 und schwer zu verkaufen sind. Sie landen dann im Ausverkauf und werden schlimmstenfalls weggeworfen. Sie werden weggeworfen, weil sie sich nicht mehr verkaufen lassen (denkt man). Das ist schade, denn diese sehr langlebigen Produkte sind sehr langlebig. Sogar viel l\u00e4nger, als das Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum angibt. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegreenlist.nl\/de\/mindestens-haltbarkeit-bis-dahin-so-sei-es\/\">Das mit dem THT-Termin haben wir schon einmal ausf\u00fchrlich untersucht.<\/a> Man kann sie also immer noch gut essen. Oder man kann einen leckeren Fondant daraus machen. Aber was genau ist ein Fudge? Es ist ein Oberbegriff f\u00fcr S\u00fc\u00dfigkeiten aus Zucker, Butter und (veganer) Kondensmilch. Er hat eine weiche, cremige Konsistenz und ist in verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen und Variationen erh\u00e4ltlich. Mit N\u00fcssen, Schokolade, Fr\u00fcchten oder wie bei diesem Fudge mit \u00fcbrig gebliebenen Leckereien aus dem Urlaub. Es ist nicht ganz klar, woher Fudge eigentlich kommt. Manche Leute sagen, es sei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delicious-vanilla.nl\/fudge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aus Amerika<\/a> kommt, w\u00e4hrend andere sagen, dass es englische Urspr\u00fcnge hat. Die Legende besagt, dass jemand einmal eine misslungene Ladung Fudge hergestellt hat. Der Name soll sich vom englischen Wort \u2018fudge\u2019 ableiten, was so viel wie \u2018durcheinander bringen\u2019 oder \u2018fummeln\u2019 bedeutet. Genug von der Geschichte.
