Haben Sie sie schon entdeckt? Es sind k\u00f6stliche H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte und sie sind <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voedingscentrum.nl\/encyclopedie\/peulvruchten.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">so gesund<\/a>! Sie sind reich an Ballaststoffen, Eiwei\u00df, Vitaminen und Mineralien. Sie tragen zu einer gesunden Verdauung bei, stabilisieren den Blutzuckerspiegel und f\u00f6rdern das S\u00e4ttigungsgef\u00fchl, was perfekt zu einer nachhaltigeren Ern\u00e4hrung passt. Kichererbsen sind also ein perfekter Fleischersatz, und getrocknet oder in Dosen k\u00f6nnen sie lange gelagert werden. Geschmacklich bieten Kichererbsen ein mildes, nussiges Aroma und eine feste Konsistenz. Der Vorteil ist, dass normale Kartoffeln oft viel billiger sind und aus den Niederlanden kommen, was sie zu einer nachhaltigen Wahl macht. S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln kommen normalerweise nicht aus den Niederlanden.
