Seitdem benutze ich eine Glas- oder Porzellansch\u00fcssel oder einen Topf und einen Holz- oder Silikonl\u00f6ffel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00fctterung des Sauerteigstarters<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Sie den Sauerteigstarter nicht brauchen, k\u00f6nnen Sie ihn im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren. Die guten Bakterien im Sauerteig sind ab und zu hungrig und wollen gef\u00fcttert werden. Dazu geben Sie einmal pro Woche einen gro\u00dfen Essl\u00f6ffel (12 g) des Sauerteigstarts in ein neues Glas und f\u00fcgen dann 60 g Roggenmehl und 60 g Wasser hinzu. R\u00fchren Sie gut um und stellen Sie das Glas wieder in den K\u00fchlschrank. Setzen Sie den Deckel locker auf das Glas, damit es nicht zerbricht, wenn Blasen entstehen.
