Dieses Getr\u00e4nk kombiniert die beruhigenden Eigenschaften von Kamille und Rose mit dem sanften Geschmack von Hafermilch und einem Hauch von Zitrone. Die Kamille mit ihren kleinen, g\u00e4nsebl\u00fcmchenartigen Bl\u00fcten bl\u00fcht etwa von Mai bis September. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.floravannederland.nl\/planten\/echte_kamille\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gemeine Kamille<\/a> hat einen zarten, s\u00fc\u00dfen Geschmack mit einem Hauch von Apfel und ist f\u00fcr ihre beruhigende und entz\u00fcndungshemmende Wirkung bekannt. Hinweis: Es gibt auch viele andere Kamillensorten, wie z. B. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.groenrijk.nl\/plantengids\/plant\/vaste-plant\/chamaemelum-nobile\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">R\u00f6mische Kamille<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/waarneming.nl\/species\/2342\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">falsche Kamille<\/a>. Rosenbl\u00fcten sind reich an Vitamin C und Antioxidantien, die zu einem gesunden Immunsystem beitragen und entz\u00fcndungshemmende Eigenschaften haben.
