Denn mit einem Schuss Prosecco lassen sich die leckersten Sommercocktails zubereiten. Das Rezept f\u00fcr diesen Cocktail haben wir auch f\u00fcr Sie aufgeschrieben.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"wildplukken-en-vlierbloesemsiroop-maken\">Ja, wir d\u00fcrfen wieder: Holunderbl\u00fctensirup herstellen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ende Mai beginnt es bereits zu jucken. Ich wohne in einer gr\u00fcnen Wohngegend mit auffallend vielen Holunderstr\u00e4uchern. Jeden Tag schaue ich mit meinem kleinen Sohn nach, ob es schon gr\u00fcne Knospen gibt. Ich empfehle, beim ersten Mal mindestens 20 bis 30 gute Siebe auszuw\u00e4hlen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sterilisieren der Flaschen f\u00fcr den Sirup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bevor Sie mit Ihrem Sirup loslegen, sollten Sie sich fragen, in was Sie ihn einf\u00fcllen wollen. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie gen\u00fcgend Glasflaschen im Haus haben, bevor Sie anfangen. Am besten gefallen mir Limonadenflaschen mit B\u00fcgelverschluss, aber auch Weinflaschen mit einem guten Twist-off-Verschluss oder gro\u00dfe Einmachgl\u00e4ser funktionieren gut. Sie m\u00fcssen die Flaschen sterilisieren. Dazu stellen Sie die Flaschen in die Sp\u00fclmaschine und dann 15 Minuten lang in den vorgeheizten Backofen (100 \u00b0C). Ziehen Sie Ofenhandschuhe an, wenn Sie sie herausnehmen! Lassen Sie die Flaschen auf einem sauberen Geschirrtuch abk\u00fchlen. Tauchen Sie Deckel und Gummiringe kurz in eine Sch\u00fcssel mit kochendem Wasser. Verwenden Sie Weinflaschen? Dann entfernen Sie das Plastikteil, das sich oft im Deckel befindet.
