K\u00f6stlich. Nur, dass es nat\u00fcrlich mit Rindfleisch zubereitet wird. Es ist ein langsam gekochtes Fleischgericht, das oft mit Rindfleisch zubereitet wird und sich durch seinen intensiven, w\u00fcrzigen Geschmack und seine Zartheit auszeichnet. Die Kokosmilch und eine reichhaltige Mischung aus Gew\u00fcrzen wie Koriander, Kreuzk\u00fcmmel, Nelken und Zitronengras ergeben eine besondere Geschmackskombination. Das Besondere an Rendang ist der zeitaufw\u00e4ndige Kochprozess, der die Aromen intensiviert und das Fleisch - in diesem Fall die Jackfrucht - k\u00f6stlich zart macht. Warum Jackfrucht, werden Sie sich fragen. Die Jackfrucht hat wenig Geschmack, aber ihre str\u00e4hnige Textur \u00e4hnelt der von Rindfleisch und nimmt die Aromen perfekt auf. Das macht sie zu einem guten Fleischersatz f\u00fcr Eint\u00f6pfe, zum Beispiel f\u00fcr Rendang. In Restaurants und bei Imbisswagen probiere ich gerne, wenn Vegang Rendang mit Jackfruit auf der Speisekarte steht.
