Wie w\u00e4re es mit ein paar Scheiben auf einem Veggie-Hotdog-Sandwich, einem Tempeh-Sandwich, (Veggie-)H\u00e4hnchen oder auf einer gem\u00fctlichen Platte bei einem Grillfest. Dieses Gericht ist nicht nur wegen seines frischen und w\u00fcrzigen Geschmacks beliebt, sondern auch wegen seiner langen Haltbarkeit. Gurken sind an sich schon eine nachhaltige Wahl, zumal sie oft lokal angebaut werden und bei der Produktion wenig Energie verbrauchen. Oft findet man in den Regalen auch holl\u00e4ndische Gurken, was die Umweltbelastung durch den Transport minimiert. Aber es gibt dennoch einige Unterschiede. So findet man Bio-Gurken oft in Plastik eingewickelt, w\u00e4hrend die nicht biologischen Sorten in der Regel unverpackt sind. Hier stellt sich die Frage: Was ist nachhaltiger? Auch wenn das Plastik um die Bio-Gurke unn\u00f6tig erscheinen mag, ist es wichtig zu wissen, dass der Anbau von Bio-Gurken oft weniger umweltsch\u00e4dlich ist. Der geringere Einsatz von Pestiziden und D\u00fcngemitteln sorgt f\u00fcr ges\u00fcndere B\u00f6den und eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Artenvielfalt. Daher ist die Bio-Gurke trotz der Plastikverpackung in der Regel die nachhaltigere Wahl. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interessante Tatsache: Bio-Gem\u00fcse muss eindeutig als Bio gekennzeichnet sein.
