Diese Tagliatelle mit Rucolasauce, gegrilltem Gem\u00fcse und Pistazien sind so ein Fall. Sas ging in die K\u00fcche und kam mit einem festlichen Teller Pasta wieder heraus, und das an einem Wochentag im Handumdrehen. Einfach den Rucola mit Zitrone, Oliven\u00f6l und Kapern in den Mixer geben, Nudeln dazu, Gem\u00fcse grillen, N\u00fcsse dar\u00fcber - fertig. Das wollen Sie zubereiten. Wir erkl\u00e4ren es Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rucola-Salsa verde<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine schnelle Mahlzeit ist sch\u00f6n, aber am besten eine mit etwas mehr Flair als ein normaler Studentensnack. Diese Tagliatelle mit Rucola-Sauce fallen genau in diese Kategorie. Ein Wort zum Rucola: Ich bin nicht unbedingt ein Fan davon - ich bin schon zu oft fast daran erstickt - aber sein nussiger Geschmack ist toll. Und wir werden ihn beibehalten, allerdings in einer viel weicheren Form: als <em>Salsa verde<\/em>. Urspr\u00fcnglich handelt es sich um eine frische, italienische gr\u00fcne So\u00dfe mit Kr\u00e4utern wie Petersilie, Kapern, Knoblauch, Oliven\u00f6l und manchmal etwas Essig oder Sardellen. In diesem Rezept machen wir eine Rucola-Variante mit Kapern und Zitrone. Mit anderen Worten: vegetarisch. Keine Erstickungsgefahr mehr, nur viel nussiger Geschmack. Hinweis: Ein wenig S\u00e4ure von den Kapern ist nett, aber es sollte keine S\u00e4urebombe werden. Ich habe dieses Rezept dreimal gemacht, um genau die richtigen Proportionen f\u00fcr eine ganze T\u00fcte Rucola zu finden. Eine ganze T\u00fcte, ja wirklich - Sie werden erstaunt sein, wie wenig \u00fcbrig bleibt, wenn Sie ihn p\u00fcrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wissenswertes: Rucolabl\u00e4tter sind eigentlich die jungen Bl\u00e4tter des Senfgrases. Daher das w\u00fcrzige <em>bei\u00dfen<\/em>. Sie k\u00f6nnen Rucola ganz einfach selbst auss\u00e4en.
