Und das tat sie gut \u2013 eine glatte Zehn! Mehr noch, auch die Fleischesser kamen neugierig zum Probieren und wollten am liebsten auch einen Auberginenburger. Leider. Aber das ist genau ein guter Grund, dieses Rezept schnell nochmals zu machen. Zum Gl\u00fcck ist es im Handumdrehen fertig.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vegetarische Burger machen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Supermarkt findest du heutzutage allerlei Vegaburger, aber ehrlich: Die erreichen nicht die von selbst gemachten. Selbst machen erscheint vielleicht als Umstand, aber das t\u00e4uscht sehr. Diese Auberginenburger sehen nicht nur gem\u00fctlich aus, sie sind auch einfach zu machen. Du kannst das \u2018Hackfleisch\u2019 sogar schon im Voraus vorbereiten. Dann brauchst du im Moment supr\u00eame nur noch ein paar Burger zu formen und in den Ofen zu schieben. Ideal, wenn du G\u00e4ste bekommst. Und bist du bereit f\u00fcr Abwechslung? Auch mit Roter Bete, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegreenlist.nl\/de\/rezept-fur-selbstgemachte-vegane-cheeseburger-aus-bohnen\/\">Bohnen<\/a> Aus Austernpilzen kann man sehr gut seine eigenen vegetarischen Burger machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Achtung: Nicht jedes Gem\u00fcse eignet sich \u00fcbrigens gut f\u00fcr Burger. Man braucht eine feste Basis, etwas, das genug Struktur gibt und nicht zu nass ist. Denken Sie an ger\u00f6stetes oder gebratenes Gem\u00fcse wie Aubergine, K\u00fcrbis oder Rote Bete. Diese kann man leicht p\u00fcrieren und sie binden gut mit etwas Paniermehl oder H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchten. Auch Pilze, wie Austernpilze, funktionieren perfekt: sie geben diesen leckeren herzhaften Geschmack, der an Fleisch erinnert.
