Nicht nur f\u00fcr die Geschmacksnerven, sondern auch f\u00fcr das Auge! Mit diesem lustigen asiatischen Twist wagen wir zu behaupten: So einen Eintopf haben Sie noch nicht oft gegessen. Mach mal was anderes mit dem Gr\u00fcnkohl! David zeigt Ihnen wie!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">K\u00fcrbiseintopf mit asiatischem Einschlag?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Eintopf, bei dem wir den Reis durch Kartoffeln ersetzen. Keine Bratenso\u00dfe, sondern Sojaso\u00dfe. Kein holl\u00e4ndisches Gew\u00fcrz, sondern eine selbstgemachte Paste mit Chili, Ingwer, Nelken und Kemiri-N\u00fcssen, unter anderem... Vielleicht ist Stamppot nicht ganz der richtige Name f\u00fcr dieses Gericht, aber der Gr\u00fcnkohl und der zerdr\u00fcckte K\u00fcrbis haben einen Hauch von Stamppot. Wie auch immer, dieses Gericht l\u00e4sst sich nicht wirklich in eine Schublade stecken. Was ich aber wei\u00df: Das Ergebnis ist so festlich und schmackhaft, dass es auch ein perfektes Gericht ist, wenn man G\u00e4ste zum Abendessen hat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"vegan-oogstbox-van-boerschappen\">K\u00fcrbiseintopf mit Gr\u00fcnkohl<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wussten Sie schon, dass K\u00fcrbis und Gr\u00fcnkohl gut zueinander passen? Das gilt \u00fcbrigens f\u00fcr fast alle saisonalen Gem\u00fcsesorten, die gleichzeitig in einer Region wachsen. Jetzt wissen Sie auch, warum Tomaten, Auberginen und Zucchini eine so gute Kombination sind. Nun, das gilt also auch f\u00fcr \u2018unser\u2019 Saisongem\u00fcse. Man kann sie gut miteinander kombinieren, wie ich es bei diesem veganen K\u00fcrbiseintopf mit Gr\u00fcnkohl getan habe. Um ehrlich zu sein: Holl\u00e4ndischer Eintopf ist nicht mein Lieblingsgericht, und als ich in einer Gem\u00fcsekiste von Boershappen Babykohl fand, musste ich lange \u00fcberlegen, was ich damit machen sollte. Zumindest keinen holl\u00e4ndischen Eintopf, das wusste ich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum Gl\u00fcck, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jamieoliver.com\/recipes\/rice-recipes\/fried-rice-with-kale-squash-chestnuts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ein Rezept von Jamie Oliver<\/a> Inspiration. Er hat bereits entdeckt, dass K\u00fcrbis und Gr\u00fcnkohl eine gute Kombination sind. Ich habe dem Ganzen meine eigene Note gegeben, indem ich meine eigene Boemboe daraus gemacht habe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns has-background is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"background-color:#eff1ec\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paste selbst herstellen <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Boemboe ist eine Gew\u00fcrzpaste aus der indonesischen K\u00fcche, die oft aus Gew\u00fcrzen wie Knoblauch, Zwiebeln, Chilischoten und verschiedenen Kr\u00e4utern hergestellt wird. Ich mache die Paste gerne selbst, denn sie verleiht den Gerichten einen authentischen Geschmack und man hat die Kontrolle \u00fcber die Zutaten.
