Diesmal entscheiden wir uns f\u00fcr die vegane Variante: Wir tauschen das Hackfleisch gegen rote Linsen aus - f\u00fcr diesen leckeren Tipp sind wir der Instagram-Community dankbar. Und f\u00fcr die Lasagnebl\u00e4tter verwenden wir einen Knollensellerie. Ja, Sie haben richtig gelesen: Sie k\u00f6nnen dieses sch\u00f6ne Saisongem\u00fcse in Scheiben schneiden und schon haben Sie leckere, gesunde Lasagnebl\u00e4tter! Probieren Sie es doch mal aus!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"vegetarische-lasagne-met-linzen\">Knollensellerielasagne <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Knollensellerie war ein vergessenes Gem\u00fcse, aber in den letzten Jahren sieht man ihn immer \u00f6fter. In Suppen, als Chips, als Kartoffelp\u00fcree oder in W\u00fcrfeln gebraten. Bemerkenswert ist, dass dieses Gem\u00fcse einen leicht s\u00fc\u00dflichen Geschmack hat. Das ist etwas ganz Besonderes, so dass es vielseitig verwendet werden kann. Ich sehe es auch immer h\u00e4ufiger auf den Tellern von Luxusrestaurants. Wird es von \u2018vergessen\u2018 zu einer \u2019Delikatesse\u2018 aufsteigen? Wer wei\u00df, ich hoffe nicht. Im Gegenteil, ich bin sehr froh, dass man ihn im Winter f\u00fcr einen Euro bekommen kann. Der Knollensellerie ist ein wunderbares Wintergem\u00fcse, das in den vollen B\u00f6den der Niederlande w\u00e4chst. Es ist also auch eine nachhaltige Wahl! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um die Liste der Ideen zu vervollst\u00e4ndigen: Der feste Knollensellerie kann auch in Scheiben geschnitten und als Lasagneplatte verwendet werden. Auf diese Weise geben Sie einem klassischen italienischen Gericht einen veganen und niederl\u00e4ndischen Twist. Und die Lasagne kommt dabei nicht zu kurz. Man kann die Pflanze also von Kopf bis Fu\u00df essen. Knollensellerie ist nicht nur eine nachhaltige, sondern auch eine gesunde Wahl. Das Gem\u00fcse enth\u00e4lt viele Ballaststoffe und ist eine Quelle f\u00fcr Vitamin C, Vitamin K und Kalzium: Mineralien, die Sie f\u00fcr den Aufbau und die Erhaltung von Knochen und Z\u00e4hnen ben\u00f6tigen. Ich finde es schade, dass viele Fleischersatzprodukte, auch veganes Hackfleisch, oft so salzig sind. Kann man das anders machen? <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/thegreenlist.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Die Follower auf Instagram<\/a> waren mir voraus, denn einige gaben den Tipp, getrocknete rote Linsen anstelle von (veganem) Hackfleisch in Bolognesesauce zu verwenden. Ich fand das eine lustige und originelle Idee. Au\u00dferdem sind rote Linsen gesund. Sie sind vollgepackt mit Vitaminen, Mineralien, Antioxidantien, Ballaststoffen und pflanzlichen Proteinen. Linsen sind also sehr nahrhaft und ihr hoher Proteingehalt macht sie <a href=\"https:\/\/peulvruchten.nl\/nieuws\/gezond-eten-dan-mogen-rode-linzen-niet-ontbreken\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ein ausgezeichneter Fleischersatz<\/a>. Au\u00dferdem sind sie billig und schnell zubereitet. Grund genug also, diesen Tipp mit beiden H\u00e4nden zu greifen.
