What a delicious book! It is full of easy Indian dishes. Perfect for busy weekday mornings! This time, she makes a vegan recipe from this cookbook: aloo beans! A green bean and potato curry with flatbread<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Indian curry of green beans and potato<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>An authentic Indian dish with green beans and potato. Green beans sound Dutch, they are. But these beans are also easily available in India. This dry curry is therefore also often prepared in North Indian households. This dish is popular there because it is a fairly simple dish to make, you don't need many ingredients. Combine this vegan curry with chapati (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegreenlist.nl\/en\/chapati-indian-flatbread-vegan-recipe\/\">Indian flatbread<\/a>) for a filling lunch or evening meal.
