This fresh elderflower cocktail definitely belongs on your greener list: a touch sweet, deliciously fizzy and - bonus points - you can just pick the main ingredient yourself. In late May to early June, the elderflowers literally grow to meet you. Taste the spring, but drink with care. Even a game-picking cocktail can go to your head.
