Shipping and returns policy

When you have placed an order in the web shop, you will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail. At that moment, the order also arrives directly at thegreenlist.nl. We make every effort to put it in the post within two working days. It is then up to PostNL how quickly they drop the parcel on your doormat. To monitor this yourself, you will receive a Track & Trace code in your e-mail. If you are in a hurry and need it posted the same day, please send me an e-mail. Then I can see what is possible.

Shipping area

It is currently only possible to order directly from the webshop if you live in the Netherlands and in these countries: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain and Sweden. For shipping to one of these countries, I ask a surcharge of € 5 due to the high(er) shipping costs.

Want to place an order to an address in another country within or outside Europe? If so, please get in touch: saskia@thegreenlist.nl. It is certainly possible at an additional shipping rate.

Shipping costs

Shipping is currently free in the Netherlands for orders above € 20. Below this amount, you pay € 4.50 shipping costs. For shipping abroad, a surcharge applies, as described above. Did you accidentally enter wrong information, such as wrong address, wrong postal code, wrong house number or forgotten house number? That can happen! If the book is returned, I will gladly resend it. I do ask a fee of € 4.50 for this. If I or PostNL made a mistake, I will still send the book free of charge.

Not satisfied?

Unfortunately, this can happen. Please send an e-mail to saskia@thegreenlist.nl and then we will pick it up together. Purchases of hardcopy books and other products should be registered for return within 14 days of purchase at thegreenlist.nl. You can do this by emailing me (not through other channels such as DM on Instagram). Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For returning books and other products applies:

• Unused and in original packaging as much as possible.
• Please include the order number, your name, address and iban account number on a separate note that you put in the return box.
• The return address can be found at the bottom of this page.
• After receiving the return in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days to the account from which the purchase was made (including any shipping costs). Return costs are at your own expense.
• Keep the proof of the return well until you have received notification that the return has arrived in good order. Thegreenlist.nl is not responsible for the loss of your return.
• Would you like to share the reason for your return? That would be very nice. We can only learn from this.
• Please note that signed books cannot be returned!

 E-books and other digital products are understandably not returnable.
