(Indian flatbread): easy side dish
Chapati is Indian flatbread and is a delicious accompaniment to a dry Indian curry, aloo beans. I like to tell you how I easily make these rolls myself. It adds just a little something extra to your vegan curry dish.

Instructions
Prepare
Add the flour and wholemeal flour along with the water to a mixing bowl and knead with your hands for about 5 minutes to form a soft and smooth dough.
Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces, turn these into balls and roll them out to a few mm thick.
If necessary, use a little extra flour if the dough sticks to the rolling pin.
Finish
Heat a frying pan and place the chapati in it.
When both sides are dry and small bubbles form, use kitchen tongs to hold the chapati over the fire (without the pan).
The flatbread will blow up.
Repeat until the dough is used up.
Notes
Don't cook on gas? Then fry the chapati just a little longer in the pan.
He won't blow up much then.
