  • good frying pan with PFAS-free non-stick coating
  • large serving spoon
  • batter bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack of multigrain pancake mix
  • vegetable milk
  • 1 el chia seed
  • water
  • siege

Instructions
 

  • Make a chia seed mixture from 1 tbsp chia seeds + 3 tbsp water per egg needed for the pancake mix. Mix well and leave for a while until it forms a jelly.
  • Make the batter in a batter bowl. Follow the instructions on the pancake mix packet. Substitute milk and egg for the vegetable versions.
  • Heat the pan well.
  • Melt a piece of vegetable butter in the hot pan.
  • Pour a large spoonful of batter into the pan.
  • Wait for the batter to dry at the top and flip the pancake.
  • Fry until brown on both sides.
  • Repeat the steps until the batter runs out.
  • Decorate the pancake as desired.
