Recipe vegan smoothie bowl
This vegan smoothie bowl is super easy to make and is on the table within ten minutes, great to do if you don't have that much time in the morning.

Servings 2 up to 3 persons
- ½ pineapple
- ½ galia melon
- 1 mango
- 2 bananas
- 1 el coconut rind
- hand parsley
Garnish
- blueberries
- coconut rind
- granola
- chia seed
- banana slices
- vegetable yoghurt
Cut the fruit into pieces.
Blend with the coconut rind and parsley in a blender to make a smoothie.
Pour into your favourite bowl and divide the garnish on top.
