Making your own granola from 5 ingredients

You can buy granola, but you can also make your own very easily. And you probably already have (almost) everything in the house. I share my veggie budget recipe for a big pot. That's another good start to the day: a bowl of (vegetable) yoghurt with a handful of homemade granola.

Kitchenware

  • 1 bowl
  • 1 spatula
  • 1 baking tray
  • 1 (weck) pot (with clasp closure)

Ingredients
  

  • 300 gr oat flakes
  • 200 gr unsalted nuts (preferably with sultanas)
  • 8 fluorescent honey (fair trade) or vegan honey
  • 4 fluorescent cinnamon
  • 6 el sunflower oil
  • Optional pumpkin seeds, after cooling: dried fruit, coconut

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Spread everything on a baking tray.
  • Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Let it cool on the baking tray.
  • Store it in a sealable jar.
