Making your own birthday and Christmas cards

Tools

  • magazines(Flow or another magazine with solid pages is top)
  • A5-size cardboard or sturdy paper or blank cards(also to be found in the thrift store)
  • glue stick
  • scissors
  • optional: stickers, buttons, washi tape, coloured markers for decoration

Instructions

  • Browse through magazines and choose pictures you like. Cut them out or carefully tear them out for an artistic white border.
  • Make the base card: fold the A5 cardboard in half for a double card.
  • Choose and paste pictures or strips of paper in colours that match the card to make the whole thing nicely cohesive.
  • Optional: decorate the card with stickers or tape and write on it!

Notes

Cut leftover cardboard into smaller sizes to make mini cards or gift tags. This is how to give each gift an extra personal touch!
