SUSTAINABLE REPORTER

At thegreenlist.nl we bring stories to life. Whether it's a behind-the-scenes look at a factory, a sustainable shop or a festive event, we make sure the story is not only accurate, but also inspiring. From script to social video or a catchy article: we create a report that conveys your sustainable message clearly and appealingly, with attention to fun details and accessible for everyone.

What does a sustainable reporter do?

At thegreenlist.nl we bring sustainable stories to life in a wide variety of places. For instance, we followed the recycling process of aluminium cans and PET bottles, an adventure that even took us to Germany. We took a look at a clothing library and a swap shop - how do these initiatives actually work? - and we visited a fruit grower to learn all about Dutch apple varieties. You can send us anywhere, we make sure the story is told in a clear, inspiring and accessible way. Thanks to our extensive knowledge of sustainable topics - partly thanks to the sustainable lifestyle book Niks Nieuws written by founder Saskia - we quickly master new subjects. Our journalistic curiosity ensures that we explore each topic in depth and turn it into a story that is both informative and appealing to a wide audience.

Our working method

Most of the videos we make are social videos. We handle everything ourselves: from script and (smartphone) filming to editing and copywriting. For larger productions, we collaborate with a camjo or crew, for instance when the video is also used for other (corporate) channels within the company or for a broader social campaign. We collaborate closeley with your team, or we can form a complete production team ourselves. We have an extensive network of enthusiastic freelancers who would love to make something great for you. We also offer written reports (with photography), always tailored flexibly to your needs. For maximum reach, we can publish the report on all our channels, invite you for a collaborate post and/or use your advertising budget for an extra push.

Saskia studied journalism (specialising in TV) and has worked in the media for over 20 years. She was a TV editor and researcher at BNN and RTL, and later worked as a creative at several agencies for leading brands where she also worked on many video productions.
