Vegan satay sauce?

Satay sauce, also known as peanut sauce, may seem like a vegan choice, but this is not always the case. Traditionally, peanut sauce is often prepared with ingredients such as fish sauce, shrimp paste or chicken stock to enhance the flavour. These animal products do not make the sauce vegan. In addition, some peanut sauces may also contain dairy, such as cream or milk, to make the sauce creamier. If you like to eat plant-based, you can very easily and quickly make your own vegan peanut sauce. And say it yourself, homemade is much tastier, isn't it?

Hop to it with this tasty homemade sate sauce. You'll conjure it up within five minutes.
