- 3 toes garlic
- 1 thumb ginger
- 1 el light soy sauce (light soy)
- 1 el (vegan) oyster sauce (The vegan version is also called 'mushroom stir fry sauce').
- 0,5 el dark soy sauce (dark soy)
- 1 fluorescent sesame oil optional
- 1 el sugar optional (Use cane, caster or palm sugar or white sugar.)
Instructions
Preparation
- Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

- Mix the soy sauce and oyster sauce for the stir-fry sauce and add optional sugar.
Wokken
- In a wok or frying pan, bring vegetable oil to high temperature (high heat).
- Add the garlic and ginger and keep stirring for about 30 sec.
- Add the vegetables and fry them nicely golden brown in the hot pan.
- Add the stir-fry sauce, it cooks immediately in the hot pan.
- Let everything in the pan boil for a while and turn off the heat.
- Add optional sesame oil and serve.
