Shipping and returns policy

When you place an order in our webshop, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order is immediately registered with thegreenlist.nl. We do our best to ship it within two working days. After that, it’s up to PostNL to deliver the package to your doorstep. To keep track, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code by email. In a real hurry and need same-day shipping? Send us an email, we’ll see what’s possible.

Shipping areas

Currently, you can order directly via the webshop if you live in the Netherlands or in one of the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, and Sweden. For shipping to these countries, a € 5 surcharge applies due to higher shipping costs.

Want to ship to another country within or outside Europe? Contact us at saskia@thegreenlist.nl. It’s usually possible for an additional shipping fee.

Shipping costs

Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders over € 20. For orders under this amount, shipping costs are € 4.50. For international orders, the € 5 surcharge applies. If you’ve accidentally entered incorrect details (like the wrong address, postal code, or forgotten house number) it happens! If your package is returned to us, we’ll gladly resend it. We do charge a € 4.50 fee for this. If the mistake was ours or PostNL’s, we’ll resend it free of charge.

Not satisfied?

It can happen. Send an email to saskia@thegreenlist.nl, and we’ll sort it out together. Purchases of hard copy books and other products must be reported for return within 14 days of purchase by email (not via DM or other channels). Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Returns must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and preferably in original packaging.
• Include a note with your order number, name, address, and IBAN in the return package.
• You’ll find the return address at the bottom of this page.
• Once we’ve received the return in good condition, we’ll refund the full purchase amount (including any original shipping costs) within 14 days to the account used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Keep proof of your return shipment until we confirm safe receipt. Thegreenlist.nl is not responsible for lost returns.
• Want to tell us why you’re returning the product? We’d really appreciate it. It helps us improve.
• Note: signed books cannot be returned!
