- The compilation of content on the website thegreenlist.nl and its use.
- The rights of affected parties, such as copyright, copyright or portrait rights.
- My collaborations with third parties and how I disclose them.
Even if you visit my site regularly, it is good to review this disclaimer.
Thegreenlist.nl brings you ideas for a greener life. My goal is to inspire others to also get started with a sustainable(er) lifestyle. I am also active on Instagram on a daily basis. If you don't want to miss anything, follow @THEGREENLIST.NL Then on Instagram or subscribe to my NEWSLETTER. Also in my articles, you will regularly see tips from followers or references to topics I have shared on Instagram.
Despite the care and attention I devote to my magazine (site), I cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy and continuous topicality of the data and content of the site. Information may be outdated (in the case of sustainability, new knowledge and insights are constantly being gained).
Thegreenlist.nl therefore accepts no liability for direct or indirect damages of any kind arising from or in any way related to the use of the site. All use of information on or obtained through my magazine (site) or social media is always entirely at your own expense and risk.
Thegreenlist.nl cannot guarantee that the information on this site is suitable for the purpose for which you are consulting it. These are my personal opinion and experience or those of editors. The green tips and experiences have been selected with care. However, thegreenlist.nl cannot be held responsible in any way for the content thereof, nor is it liable for any direct or indirect damage that may result from the statements in question.
All intellectual property rights to my magazine (site) belong to thegreenlist.nl. Nothing on or in the website or on my social media channels is intended to transfer any intellectual property rights.
For example, the content of my magazine (site) is copyrighted. In any case, this means that without my prior written consent, it is not allowed to copy all or part of my articles (in any form), duplicate them online or offline, translate them, sell them, distribute them, and so on.
Photos are taken by the editors, of which I am a member. These are also copyrighted as are my portrait rights. I also use supporting photos from a free stock photo site. If I do so, I will always mention the photographer and/or site at the bottom of an article to the extent required by law.
Because I know how annoying it is when images are used unsolicited by third parties, I do everything in my power to prevent this from happening on thegreenlist.nl. In the unlikely event an error has been made, please send me a E-MAIL and I will fix it immediately.
I do find it very nice (an honour even) if you decide to use a quote or tip from my site and include a mention of my name and site (with a link to thegreenlist.nl or the specific article). Speaking of links: sharing a url to any of my articles is of course allowed at all times ;).
Copyright, copyright and portrait rights obviously apply to all articles on my site, including guest blogs and contributions by editors.
My Instagram account is another channel. This social media account is all about sharing content from each other. You can always give me a shout-out by sharing my content in your stories (tag me then!). It's a different story if you want to use my content to re-post on your channel. Please contact me in advance. In consultation, a lot is possible.
I also regularly collaborate with green brands and charities that share the same goal: introducing more people to greener, ecological, more natural, more local ways of consuming. I only collaborate sustainable brands and charities that I am already a fan of or that can help me accelerate my sustainable lifestyle. Despite sometimes getting paid for an article and social content or doing barter deals, I am always honest about my experience. How do you know if I have been paid for content? I never make a secret of this. I always make this known in an article and on Instagram I will also show this clearly. How exactly I do that, I'll explain to you in more detail now.
I like to tell you a bit more about the win contests I regularly organise with brands via Instagram or my newsletter. You can read the full competition details and the game terms and conditions that apply to them in my conditions for winning.
In a paid collaboration, I have been paid for reviewing products, for example, writing an article and/or creating Instagram content for the brand. A prize draw can also be part of a paid collaboration. If so, again, the conditions for winning. In a barter deal, I did not receive financial compensation, but I did receive something in exchange for content, for example.
How do you know if it is a collaboration?
I also regularly communicate discount codes on Instagram and in articles. With these codes, you can buy green products and services (temporarily) at a discount in a brand's webshop. Sometimes I also receive a small compensation when one of my discount codes is used.
Some articles on thegreenlist.nl contain affiliate links. This means that I receive a small commission if you buy something through my link. You don't pay more than usual because of this, I get a commission when you place an order - usually between 3% and 10%. So it's a win-win situation: you as a consumer get a direct link to beautiful sustainable products and you support thegreenlist.nl with your purchase. Again, I obviously only link to products and sites I am a fan of and to products I have positive experiences with or have on my wish list.
Do you have any questions in response to the above? You may find in MY PRIVACY POLICY or conditions for winning the answer, though.
If that's still not the case: feel free to send me a E-MAIL.
I wish you much reading pleasure!
